鲍及牡蛎内脏可溶物培养球等鞭金藻的效果

The effects of solvend from abalone or oyster visceral mass on Isochrysis galbana incubation

摘要: 在培养基中添加鲍及牡蛎内脏团可溶物来培养球等鞭金藻Isochrysis galbana,测定了藻细胞密度、藻细胞叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素含量。结果表明,适宜添加量的鲍及牡蛎内脏可溶物对金藻生长具有促进作用,发酵过的内脏团比不发酵的促进效果更好。1∶1 000比例添加的发酵牡蛎内脏可溶物促进金藻生长的效果最好,其次是1∶100比例的发酵鲍鱼内脏可溶物;这2组的藻细胞叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素含量显著低于其它组。按1∶100比例添加的牡蛎内脏可溶物对金藻生长有抑制作用。

Abstract: The solvend of abalone or oyster visceral mass was added in the culture media of Isochrysis galbana. The algal cell density, chlorophyll a and carotenoid were measured. The results show that the suitable dilution of visceral mass solvend can accelerate the growth of I. galbana. The solvend of fermented visceral mass has better effect on growth of I. galbana than the solvend of unfermented visceral mass. The 1∶1 000 dilution of fermented oyster visceral mass is the best for the growth of I. galbana, while the 1∶100 dilution of fermented abalone visceral mass is next. Contents of chlorophyll a and carotenoid in the two test groups are lower than those of other groups. The 1∶100 dilution of fermented oyster visceral mass can inhibit the growth of I. galbana.
